It happens to everyone. JustInvite makes resetting your password quick and painless. You will be back in your account in under a minute -- no support tickets, no waiting. Just your email and a verification code.
How to Reset Your Password
From the login screen, click "Forgot Password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. JustInvite sends a one-time verification code to that email. Enter the code, choose a new password (at least 8 characters), and you're done. The code is valid for 15 minutes, so don't wait too long.
Didn't Receive the Code?
Check your spam or junk folder first -- the email comes from noreply@justinvite.app. If you still don't see it after a minute, click "Resend Code" on the verification screen. Make sure you're entering the same email address you used to create your account. You can request up to ten reset codes per hour.
Choosing a Strong Password
Your new password must be at least 8 characters long. We recommend using a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid reusing passwords from other accounts. A strong, unique password is the best way to keep your events and guest data secure.
Security Built In
JustInvite takes account security seriously. Reset codes expire after 15 minutes and are limited to five attempts to prevent brute-force attacks. After a successful reset, any existing sessions on other devices are preserved, but you can sign out everywhere from your account settings if you suspect unauthorized access.
