Your Data, Your Decision
If you decide JustInvite isn't for you, you can delete your account entirely. We believe you should always have full control over your data. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your personal information, events, and associated data from our systems.
How to Delete Your Account
Navigate to your account settings and scroll to the bottom. Click "Delete Account" and confirm your identity with a verification code sent to your email. This extra step ensures nobody else can delete your account. Once you confirm, the process begins immediately.
What Gets Deleted
Everything. Your profile, your events, your guest lists, your RSVP history, your notification preferences, and your push notification tokens. If you hosted events, those events are removed and guests will no longer be able to access their event pages. This action can't be undone.
Before You Delete
Consider whether you have any upcoming events with confirmed guests. Deleting your account removes those events without sending cancellation notices. If you want to close things out gracefully, cancel your active events first so guests are notified, then proceed with account deletion.
Can I Come Back?
Once your account is deleted, it can't be recovered. However, you're always welcome to create a new account with the same email address. You'll start fresh with no events or data -- but signing up only takes 30 seconds, so getting started again is easy if you change your mind.
