QR Code Posters

What Are QR Code Posters?
JustInvite generates a unique QR code for every event you create. When guests scan it with their phone camera, they land directly on your RSVP page -- no typing, no searching, no friction. It's the fastest way to turn a physical interaction into a confirmed RSVP.
Where to Use Them
QR posters work beautifully in physical spaces. Pin one to a community bulletin board, tape it to your office door, or include it in a printed flyer. They're especially popular for workplace gatherings, school events, and neighborhood meetups where you want to reach people who aren't yet in your contacts. Just print it and let the poster do the inviting.
How to Generate Your QR Poster
Open your event from the dashboard and enable the share link if you haven't already. Once the link is active, you'll see a QR code icon next to the Copy Link and Disable Link buttons. Click it to open a poster preview with your event details and a scannable QR code. From there, hit Print to send it to a printer or save it as a PDF. For best results, print at a size guests can scan from about an arm's length away.
Tips for Great QR Posters
Add a short call-to-action near the code, like "Scan to RSVP." Make sure the code is printed on a light background with enough contrast. Avoid resizing it too small -- a minimum of two inches square keeps it scannable. And always test the printout with your own phone before posting it.
No App Required for Guests
When a guest scans your QR code, it opens your event page in their browser. They don't need to download JustInvite or create an account. They just scan, RSVP, and they're done. That zero-friction experience is what makes QR posters so effective at driving responses.
