Track RSVPs in Real Time

As guests respond to your invitation, your event dashboard shows the latest counts each time you check in. You'll see at-a-glance totals for accepted, declined, and tentative responses. It's easy to know exactly where your headcount stands.

Click into your event to see the full guest list with each person's name, email, response status, party size, and any dietary notes they've provided. Everything you need for planning is in one place — no spreadsheets necessary.

When your guest list grows, use the tab bar at the top to jump between statuses — Accepted, Pending, Tentative, and Declined — or view everyone at once with the All tab. Each tab shows a count so you know exactly how many guests are in each group. You can also search by name, email, or phone to find a specific guest instantly, and use filter chips to narrow the list (for example, show only guests who haven't viewed their invitation yet, or those with dietary restrictions).

JustInvite calculates your total expected attendance automatically, including plus-ones and children from each RSVP. This gives you the real number to plan for — not just the number of responses, but the actual headcount walking through the door.

With push notifications enabled, you'll get an alert each time someone RSVPs to your event. It's a satisfying way to watch your guest list grow and stay on top of responses without constantly checking the app.
