Control Your Capacity
Whether your venue holds 20 or 100, JustInvite lets you set a maximum guest limit for your event (up to 100 guests per event). Once the limit is reached, new guests will see that the event is full and won't be able to RSVP. This ensures you never end up with more guests than you can accommodate.
How to Set a Limit
When creating or editing your event, you'll find the guest limit option in the event settings. Enter your maximum number and save. The limit counts total attendees, including plus-ones and children reported in each RSVP.
Adjust as Needed
You can increase or decrease the guest limit at any time. If guests decline and spots open up, the event automatically accepts new RSVPs again. If you remove the per-event limit, the system-wide cap of 100 guests still applies.
Optional by Design
Guest limits are completely optional. For casual get-togethers where you don't need to cap attendance, simply leave the field blank. JustInvite will accept RSVPs without any capacity restrictions.
