Send RSVP Reminders

Nudge Guests Who Haven't Responded
Some guests need a gentle reminder to RSVP, and that's completely normal. JustInvite lets you send reminder emails to guests who haven't responded yet. You can nudge individual guests or send a bulk reminder to all pending guests at once — no awkward follow-up texts required.
Remind One Guest at a Time
From your guest list, you'll see a reminder button next to each guest who hasn't responded. Click it to send a friendly reminder email directly to that person. This is great when you know specific people tend to forget, or when you need a particular guest's answer for planning purposes.
Bulk Remind Pending Guests
Switch to the Pending tab to see the bulk reminder option. If you have no filters active, clicking "Send Reminders to All Pending" sends a reminder to every guest who hasn't responded yet. If you've applied filters — say, "Not viewed" to see only guests who haven't opened their invitation — the button changes to "Remind Filtered" and sends reminders only to those specific guests. This way, you can target your follow-ups precisely without bothering guests who've already seen the invite but just haven't responded yet.
24-Hour Cooldown Between Reminders
To keep things polite and prevent over-messaging, there's a 24-hour cooldown between reminders for each guest. If you've already sent someone a reminder today, you won't be able to send another until tomorrow. The button will show when the next reminder becomes available, so you'll always know where things stand.
What the Reminder Email Looks Like
Reminder emails are friendly and non-pushy. They include your event details and a direct link for the guest to RSVP. The tone is warm — it's a helpful nudge, not a demand. Guests can respond with one click, making it as easy as possible for them to get back to you.
