Resend an Invitation

When Emails Get Missed
Sometimes invitation emails land in spam, get buried in a busy inbox, or are accidentally deleted. If a guest hasn't responded and you suspect they didn't see the original email, you can resend their invitation with just a couple of clicks.
How to Resend
Open the event from your dashboard and find the guest in your RSVP list. Look for the resend option next to their name. Click it, and a fresh invitation email will be sent to their address. The guest's personalized link stays the same, so any previous link they might find later still works too.
Who Can Receive a Resend
You can resend invitations to guests who are still pending, have declined, or responded as tentative. It's a gentle way to give someone another chance to see the invite without creating a new entry on your guest list. Guests who've already accepted won't need a resend, but the option is available for everyone else.
Cooldown Period
To prevent accidental spam, resending shares a 24-hour cooldown with reminders. After you resend an invitation to a guest, you'll need to wait 24 hours before sending another email to that same person -- whether it's another resend or a reminder. This keeps your event communications respectful and professional.
Tips for Better Delivery
If a guest still isn't seeing the email after a resend, suggest they check their spam or promotions folder. You can also share their personalized invite link directly via text or messaging app. The link works the same way whether it's opened from an email or pasted into a browser.
