Push Notifications

Instant RSVP Alerts
When someone RSVPs to your event, JustInvite sends a push notification straight to your phone. You see who accepted, declined, or marked tentative in real time -- no need to keep checking the app. It's the fastest way to stay on top of your guest count as responses roll in.
How to Enable Push Notifications
When you first open the JustInvite app, it asks for permission to send notifications. Tap "Allow" and you're all set. If you previously declined, you can enable them from your device settings: go to Settings, find JustInvite, and turn on Notifications. Push notifications are available on both iPhone and Android.
What You Get Notified About
Push notifications cover the moments that matter: new RSVP responses, event updates from hosts you have responded to, and event cancellations. Each notification is concise and actionable -- tap it to jump directly to the relevant event in the app.
Privacy Considerations
Push notifications only go to event hosts and guests who have opted in. Your notification content is kept minimal -- it shows the guest name and their response, nothing sensitive. Other guests can't see your notifications. You're always in control of what you receive.
Troubleshooting
If you're not receiving push notifications, first check that they're enabled in your device settings for JustInvite. Make sure you're signed in and that Do Not Disturb mode is off. If notifications still don't arrive, try signing out and back in -- this re-registers your device with our notification service.
