Important Updates in Your Inbox
JustInvite sends email notifications for the events that matter most: RSVP confirmations, event updates, and cancellations. Emails come from noreply@justinvite.app and are designed to be clear, concise, and useful -- not spammy. You only receive emails that are directly relevant to your events.
What Emails Does JustInvite Send?
As a host, you receive an email each time a guest RSVPs to your event. You can also send RSVP reminders to nudge guests who haven't responded, and thank-you messages to guests after your event is complete. As a guest, you receive invitation emails, reminder nudges from the host, and cancellation notices if the event is called off. Account-related emails include email verification and password reset codes.
Check Your Spam Folder
If you're not seeing JustInvite emails, check your spam or junk folder. To make sure future emails arrive in your inbox, add noreply@justinvite.app to your contacts. Our emails are authenticated to help avoid spam filters, so most email providers deliver them without issue.
Emails for Guests Without Accounts
Guests don't need a JustInvite account to receive email notifications. When a guest RSVPs with their email address, they automatically receive confirmation and event update emails. It's a seamless experience -- guests get the information they need without creating a login.
We Respect Your Inbox
JustInvite doesn't send marketing emails, weekly digests, or promotional content. Every email is tied to a specific action -- an RSVP, an event change, or an account security event. If you want to adjust what you receive, visit your notification preferences in the app settings.
