Send Invitations to Guests

Invite Guests After Creating Your Event
Once your event is published, you're ready to start inviting guests. From your event's detail page, click "Send Invitations" to open the guest invitation flow. You'll add guests one at a time by entering their name and email address, and JustInvite takes care of delivering a beautifully designed invitation email to each one.
Card-Based Delivery Status
As you send invitations, each guest appears as a card showing their delivery status in real time. You'll see a clear success or failure indicator for every invitation sent. If an email fails to deliver — for example, due to a typo in the address — you'll know immediately and can correct it without guessing.
Add More Guests Anytime
You don't have to invite everyone at once. Come back later and use the "Add Guests" option to send additional invitations whenever you need to. This is perfect for events where the guest list evolves over time, or when you want to open up spots after initial RSVPs come in.
What Guests Receive
Each guest receives a personalized email with your event details and a unique RSVP link. The email includes the event name, date, time, location, and your hero image if you've added one. Guests can RSVP directly from the link — no account required, no app to download.
Tips for a Smooth Invitation Process
Double-check email addresses before sending — a small typo means your guest won't receive their invite. If you're inviting a large group, consider sending in batches so you can verify delivery as you go. And remember, you can always share the public RSVP link directly via text or social media for a more casual approach.
