What Is Co-Hosting?
Co-hosting lets you share event management duties with up to two other people. Each co-host can view RSVPs, see guest details, and stay updated — without you handing over full control of the event.
How to Invite a Co-Host
Open your event, scroll to "Co-Hosts" in the settings tab, and click "Invite Co-Host." Enter their email address — they'll receive an invite they can accept or decline. You can have up to 2 co-hosts per event (plus yourself as the primary host).
What Co-Hosts Can Do
Co-hosts can view the guest list, see RSVP counts, and monitor event activity. They receive a push notification for each new RSVP, plus a daily email digest summarizing the day's activity (unless they mute notifications). Co-hosts can't edit event details, delete the event, or remove other co-hosts — only the primary host has those controls.
Accepting a Co-Host Invitation
When someone invites you to co-host, you'll get an email with a unique link. Click it, sign in (or create an account), and confirm. The event appears on your dashboard right away. Accepting a co-host invitation doesn't count towards your event creation limit.
Muting Notifications
Getting too many pings? Toggle "Mute Notifications" in the co-host section of the event. You'll still have full access — you just won't get alerts for new RSVPs.
Leaving as Co-Host
Changed your mind? Click "Resign as Co-Host" at the bottom of the co-host section. You'll lose access to the event's dashboard, but your account stays intact.
