When Plans Change
Sometimes events can't go forward as planned. JustInvite lets you cancel a published event cleanly, so your guests are informed and you maintain a clear record of what happened.
How to Cancel
Open the event from your dashboard, then look for the cancel option in the event actions. Confirm your decision, and the event will be marked as cancelled. The process takes just a few taps.
Guests Are Notified
When you cancel an event, all invited guests receive a cancellation email letting them know the event is no longer happening. Anyone who visits the invite link after cancellation will also see that it's been cancelled.
Cancel vs Delete
Cancelling keeps the event visible on your dashboard for reference — you can still see who had RSVP'd and review the details. If you want to remove it entirely, you can permanently delete the event from its cancelled state. Cancellation is the recommended approach when guests have already been invited. Plus, cancelled events don't count toward your active event limit — so cancelling frees up a slot for your next event.
