A hero image is the large photo displayed at the top of your invitation page. It's the first thing guests see when they open your link, and a well-chosen image sets the mood and builds anticipation for your event.
How to Upload
When creating or editing an event, click the image area to upload a photo from your device. JustInvite accepts common image formats and handles resizing automatically. Your image is securely stored and delivered fast through our content network.
Change It Anytime
You can update or replace your hero image at any point — before or after publishing. Found a better photo from the venue? Swap it in. The invite link always displays the most recent image.
Tips for Great Hero Images
Use a landscape-oriented photo with good lighting. Images of the venue, the occasion's theme, or something personal to the event work best. Avoid heavy text overlays — JustInvite displays your event title and details below the image.
Image Storage
Your hero image is stored securely and served fast for as long as the event is active. Seven days after the event date, the image is automatically removed to keep the platform efficient. If you delete the event, the image is removed immediately.
