Current Limits
JustInvite is built to handle real events, not just toy projects. Here's what every account gets:
Up to 2 active events at a time. That includes drafts and published events. Cancelled and completed events don't count toward this limit — only active ones do. Once an event is cancelled, completed, or deleted, it frees up a slot.
Up to 100 guests per event. That's the system-wide cap. You can set a lower limit per event if your venue is smaller — JustInvite will stop accepting RSVPs once you're full.
Events can be scheduled up to 4 months out. Planning something further away? You'll need to wait until it's closer — the date picker won't let you pick past that range.
Event images stay as long as the event exists. Your hero image isn't going anywhere. It's stored securely and served fast for as long as the event is active. Delete the event, and the image goes with it.
What's Free
Everything. There are no premium tiers, no paid add-ons, and no features locked behind a paywall. Every account gets full access to event creation, RSVP tracking, push notifications, QR posters, guest limits, RSVP deadlines, hero images, and dark mode. The whole product.
Will That Change?
We're honest about this: pricing and limits may evolve as JustInvite grows. What won't change is how we handle it.
If anything changes, you'll know first. Every registered user will receive an email notification before any pricing or limit changes take effect. You won't wake up to a surprise paywall or a suddenly smaller event cap. We'll explain what's changing, why, and give you time to adjust.
Why These Limits Exist
Limits keep the platform fast and reliable for everyone. Without them, a single account could consume resources meant for thousands of hosts. Two active events and a hundred guests per event is generous for personal and professional use — and it lets us offer the product for free without cutting corners on performance.
