JustInvite is built with your input in mind. Whether you've found a bug, have a feature idea, or just want to share your experience, the in-app feedback form makes it easy to reach us. We read every submission and use your feedback to prioritize what we build next.
Where to Find It
Head to Settings in the app and look for the feedback option. It's available on all platforms -- iPhone, Android, and web. You don't need to leave the app to send us a message, and the form takes less than a minute to fill out.
Pick a Category
When submitting feedback, you'll choose a category that best describes your message: Bug Report (something isn't working right), Feature Request (something you'd like us to build), or General Feedback (anything else on your mind). This helps our team route your message to the right people.
Tell Us More
The message field gives you between 10 and 1,000 characters to describe what's on your mind. Be as specific as you'd like -- the more detail you provide, the better we can understand and act on your feedback. There's also an optional "contact me" toggle if you'd like us to follow up with you directly.
We're Listening
Every piece of feedback is reviewed by our team. Bug reports help us fix issues faster, feature requests help us understand what matters most to you, and general feedback keeps us grounded in real user experience. If you opted in to being contacted, we may reach out for more details or to let you know when we've addressed your feedback.
