A Common Issue with Simple Fixes
If a guest tells you they can't find their RSVP link, don't worry -- it's almost always a quick fix. The link is working; the issue is usually how it was delivered or received. Here are the most common causes and how to resolve each one.
Check Their Messages
Ask your guest to search their text messages, email, or chat history for "justinvite" or the event name. If you shared the link via a group chat, it may have scrolled out of view. The easiest fix is to resend the link directly to the guest in a one-on-one message so they can find it immediately.
Resend the Link
Open your event dashboard, click Share, and send the invite link again. You can text it, email it, or share it through any messaging app. For personalized links, find the specific guest in your list and resend their unique URL. The link doesn't expire as long as the event is active.
Link Not Opening Correctly?
Some messaging apps open links in a built-in mini browser that can behave unexpectedly. If the link looks broken, ask your guest to copy it and paste it into Safari, Chrome, or their regular browser. Also check that the full URL was sent -- sometimes links get truncated in text messages if they're very long.
Still Not Working?
If the link genuinely doesn't load, confirm that the event is still published and hasn't been cancelled or deleted. Check whether a guest limit has been reached or an RSVP deadline has passed -- both would prevent new responses.
