How to Reach Us
Send us an email at support@justinvite.app with a description of your issue. Include your account email address and the event name if your question is about a specific event. The more detail you provide, the faster we can help. Screenshots are always welcome if something looks wrong on your screen.
What to Include in Your Message
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please mention: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, which device and browser you're using, and any error messages you saw. If the issue involves a guest who can't RSVP, let us know the event name and how you shared the link.
Response Time
We aim to respond within 24 hours, and most inquiries are resolved in a single exchange. For urgent issues close to your event date, mention the event date in your subject line and we'll prioritize accordingly. We understand that event planning is time-sensitive.
