A contact person. Even with a digital link, include a name and phone number or email for guests who have questions about the event itself — directions, parking, what to bring, or whether kids are welcome.
A dietary or accessibility question. If you are serving food, ask about allergies and restrictions in the RSVP itself. Collecting this information upfront prevents a last-minute scramble and shows guests that you are planning with their needs in mind.
Guest count instructions. Specify whether plus-ones are invited and whether you need the number of adults, kids, or both. Vague wording like "and family" leads to surprise headcounts.
